By accessing or using Intelli Chat AI (the “Service“), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Intelli Chat AI is a Flutter-based chat AI application that provides features such as AI text chat, image generation, text-to-speech, computer vision, and the ability to share AI-generated content within the app.
3.1. You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.
4.1. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service.
4.2. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your user content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
4.3. You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
5.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by [Your Company Name] and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
You agree not to use the Service:

6.2. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,“ “chain letter,“ “spam,“ or any other similar solicitation.
6.3. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
6.4. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
7.1. Full access includes 1000 credits which reset daily.
7.2. The discount on annual and monthly plans is calculated based on the weekly plan.
7.3. Your account will be charged according to your plan for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
7.4. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your device's app store settings. Note that uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
7.5. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
7.6. To cancel your subscription:
1. Open your device's app store
2. Ensure you're signed into the correct account
3. Navigate to Subscriptions in your account settings
4. Select this subscription
5. Tap Cancel subscription
8.1. The Service uses third-party APIs and services, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Firebase, and Mixpanel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
8.2. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
